Return Policy

Return is a scheme provided by respective customers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered to you

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy

Do refer the respective item’s applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to this returns policy.

ITEM PURCHASED FROM GLAMZKART ARE RETURNABLE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PLACEMENT

For all functionality related issues do contact the brand authorized.

In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may replace your product either through online tool, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

If a defect is determined within the return window, a replacement of the same style, size or colour will be provided at no additional cost.

 

CUSTOMIZATION

In case of any size issues in the custom product, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.

The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order

The colour of the custom Product may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution

 

RETURNS PICKUP AND PROCESSING

 

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

 

DURING PICKUPS YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE CHECKED FOR THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:

 

  1. Complete Product: Name/ Image/ Brand/ Article Name/ Barcode should match and MRP Tag should be undetatched and clearly visible
  2. Unused Product: The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled without any stains and with non-tempered quality. Check seals/return tags.
  3. Undamaged Product: The product should be undamaged and with our tears or holes.
  4. Undamaged Packaging: The product’s original packaging/box should be undamaged

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not me
