All payments will be done on this website using a third party payment gateway. We are not responsible if the payment process is not completed/processed due to any reason. We provide our product or services once user payment is credited to our account.

No payment-related information like Credit/Debit Card/CVV will be stored on our website or server. We only have contact details of who has made the payment that is needed for shipment.

Note: We are not accepting orders as COD(cash on delivery).

Refund Policy

For any Products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received.

Refund will be processed within 48 hours of after receiving the item at our warehouse.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.  General Rules for a successful return

  • In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given
  • In cases where the product is found missing/damage/defective; the amount equivalent to the price of product will be charged.

‘In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/sms, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation’.

For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

You can raise cancellation requests for items or orders within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by sharing an email with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the Cancellation request can be raised from the customer’s account used while ordering the product or by send us the email at support@Glamzkart.in

Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

A cancellation fee may be levied on a customer on account of cancellation of orders by customer on the Platform (“Cancellation Fee”). Such Cancellation Fee shall be charged based on the time during which the customer opts to cancel the order upon placing/confirming the said order on the Platform. It is clarified that there will be free cancellation of orders only for the within 24 hours of placing an order, as specifically provided on the product page. After such time frame, Cancellation Fee will be levied on applicable products.
